NY — Beijing Kunlun Tech has decided to offer gay dating software Grindr to conform to purchases through the U.S. federal federal government, which deems Chinese ownership for the Los Angeles-based business a security risk that is national.
Kunlun’s board has authorized the sale of Grindr for $608 million to an American investment holding firm, the business stated in a Friday regulatory filing.
