Creada en 1989, IB ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo, dedica su esfuerzo a la promoción, gestión y proyección de arte.

 El compromiso de la galería es el de seleccionar, exponer y defender la expresión plástica de los valores contemporáneos que investigan los artistas de nuestro tiempo. Nuestra tarea es crear un canal directo de comunicación entre los artistas y la sociedad.Pintura, escultura, fotografía, ediciones (SERIEBUS), artes visuales e interactivas… Obras de arte que inspiran su estilo de vida y definen la filosofía de su colección. La selección, la innovación y el asesoramiento profesional son la base de nuestra actividad como Galería de Arte, promoviendo a artistas internacionales llenos de energía y creatividad. IB ISABEL BILBAO – Galería de Arte está situada en Jávea / Xàbia, en la Costa Blanca, Alicante (España). La galería organiza exposiciones multidisciplinares del Arte Contemporáneo del Siglo XXI. Ofrecemos información, asesoramiento y atención especializada. Trabajamos asimismo con diseñadores y arquitectos que han asumido el reto del siglo XXI.

La galería fue fundada por el artista Oscar Bento en diciembre de 1989 como Atelier Uno, ubicada en Jávea / Xàbia (Alicante, España). En junio de 1990, Isabel Bilbao toma la dirección de la galería, permitiendo a Bento volver a su pintura.En la primavera de 1993, pasa a llamarse ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo y se traslada a un edificio antiguo de tres plantas en el casco antiguo de Jávea hasta 2009, cambiando posteriormente a la zona del puerto donde ahora se ubica. Desde 1996, la galería abre un segundo espacio en Denia (Alicante, España) hasta 1998. En 2004 abre la galería COLLECTION, en Moraira (Alicante, España) hasta 2011 y organiza exposiciones en el espacio Inmoart en el mismo municipio hasta 2015.

En 2007, IB abre un espacio de galería en Berlín (Alemania) donde se realizan exposiciones regulares hasta 2011 y más tarde programando exposiciones en el espacio de Next Estate Berlin hasta fin de 2016. De 2017 a fin del 2018 crea y dirige la galería B&B ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO en Madrid.

ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo participa también en proyectos de arte y cultura, asociaciones y eventos. IB Galería es miembro de la Asociación LaVac (Asociación de Galerías de Arte Contemporáneo de la Comunidad Valenciana).

IB ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo is placed in Jávea/Xàbia, at the Costa Blanca, Alicante (Spain). We offer information, advice and a specialized attention to our clients. We collaborate with designers and architects who are facing the challenges of the 21st century. The gallery organises exhibitions multidisciplinary forms of the Contemporary Art of the XXIst Century. Worldwide transport service for art works is provided to our clients.

The gallery was founded by artist Oscar Bento in December 1989 as ATELIER UNO, located in Jávea / Xàbia (Alicante, Spain). In June of 1990, Isabel Bilbao becomes the director of the gallery which allows Bento to return to his painting. In the spring of 1993, it was renamed ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo and moved to an old three storey building in the old town of Jávea/Xàbia until 2009, then changing to the port area until today. Since 1996, the gallery opens a second space in Denia (Alicante, Spain) until 1998. In 2004 it opens COLLECTION gallery, in Moraira (Alicante, Spain) until 2011 and organizes exhibitions in Inmoart space, in the same municipality, until 2015.

In 2007, IB opens a gallery space in Berlin (Germany) where regular exhibitions are held until 2011 and later programming exhibitions in Next Estate Berlin space until the end of 2016. From 2017 to end of 2018 creates and manages the B&B ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO gallery in Madrid.

ISABEL BILBAO Galería de Arte Contemporáneo is also regularly involved in art and cultural projects, associations and events. IB Gallery is a member of the LaVac Assotiation (Asociación de Galerías de Arte Contemporáneo de la Comunidad Valenciana).
